Oh my, have I ever put this Astal Bath Soak to the test !!! February brought us a bunch of snow, I did more shoveling than I ever have!!!!!! Day after day in some instances & I was helping 2 of our neighbors. If you live on the Camas Prairie you know what I am talking about..... snow, snow, snow.... any way I purchased the 16 oz. pkg of Astral Bath Soak some time in Jan.Well let me tell you I used it in 4 oz. increments, so 4 soaks & every single time it was a marvelous experience !!!!!! Each time an hour in the tub. A lit candle, water @ my side for drinking( believe you me, you want it), sometimes music, oh & be sure to have a loofa, sea sponge, wash rag what ever & wash with it them !!!! Use different ones, aid your body & the Bath Soak, to detox, stimulate, refresh, heal!!!! I am a massage practitioner, so I know a bit about our skin, lymphatic system ect. Any way what I experienced,was so rejuvenating, healing, revitalizing!!!!! It was, is a total body, mind, spirit experience !!!! Of which I am so GRATEFUL for!!!! I really appreciate these bath soaks. They're incredibly healing, soothing, detoxifying whilst nourishing. I feel a lot of clay bath soaks strip away a lot and don't nourish. Yet because of all the herbs and the unique and perfect formulation, this does both simultaneously, I always feel nourished, renewed and really refreshed after a bath.
