Clearwater Cultures Policy Information
By placing an order with Clearwater Cultures confirms that you understand and accept the terms of Clearwater Cultures Policies.
All orders will vary on the shipping times by carriers services. Please note that Clearwater Cultures does not guarantee shipping times. All orders, excluding Expedited Shipping options, require up to 3 business days for processing.
Please make sure you give us your correct address. We will not replace or resend our products when the wrong address is provided
We do not ship to certain countries where mail is commonly stolen.
Local pick-up orders will be cancelled if not picked up in an arranged or timely fashion.
All custom orders are final. Orders with customized options cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded, or returned.
All damage caused during shipping must be reported to Clearwater Cultures via email or through our website within five business days of receipt with an attached picture of the damaged box and products for full refund. If any items are missing from your order, you must contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
All creams and salves must be stored in the fridge. We are not responsible for replacing creams and salves that have been left out of the fridge in the heat. Creams and salves last the longest when kept away from animal hair and dander. Always use clean hands when scooping out creams and salves.
All glass jars and bottles will break when dropped. We are not responsible for replacing damaged glass after it is opened and used. We only replace it if it broke during shipping.
Do not leave perishable products in the heat or cold of a mailbox where they can melt or freeze. You are responsible for retrieving them in a timely manner. Once your package is delivered, we are not liable for anything that happens to it thereafter.
If you are using a new product for the first time, and you have sensitive skin or may have allergies, we suggest that you ask for a sample of a product you would like to try (You are required to pay shipping on the sample), and apply a small amount to your skin then wait to see your reaction before using a large amount. We are not responsible for refunding for allergic reactions, disliking, and misuse of the products.
Thank you for using our products! We are a very small family business. We personally grow and wildcraft over 130 medicinal herbs and mushrooms, that we dry and process. We milk the goats, haul hay and grain and do all our own animal care. We grow all the probiotic cultures, make all our products, package and label them, and mail them to you. In the summers we sell at large art shows and are often gone on weekends.
We built and run our own website and do our best to answer emails in a timely manner. Please understand, we don’t have secretaries and employees. Our staff is made of 4 women and a few children who are learning the business as they grow. Our goal is to always give you the highest quality natural superfood for your skin, hair and body, full of love and personal attention. Be patient with us and we will do our best to keep Clearwater Cultures very alive and healthy.
